Bakers Launch Christmas Range - Packed with New Innovative Baking Boxes or Everyone.

Britain Loves Baking Launches Its Christmas Range - Packed with New Innovative Baking Boxes & Kits for Everyone.

Yo ho ho and a bundle of baking fun…Britain & Ireland Loves Baking gets in the Christmas spirit by giving everything, from bread, cakes to chocolate bars, from shortbread to gingerbread, a thoroughly festive makeover. They have Santa shaking the cocktail cakes and Mrs Clause designing a kid’s baking course, and they even rounded up some reindeer and snowmen to make their Gingerbread creations complete.

Last year Britain Loves Baking helped the Nation bake its way through the Christmas Lockdown, so this year they wanted to bring people together to use their newfound skills to make some spectacular Christmas Goodies. This is a real chance to make up for lost time – as many of us were separated from friends and families last year. They have come up with a whole new range of yuletide bakes for everyone to enjoy together. So, whether you’ve a become a baking afficionado during lockdown, or if you’re a baking newbie, they have you covered.

Christmas wouldn’t be Crimble without a cheeky tipple so let’s get started with some  cocktail Christmas Cakes. Who wouldn’t want an Expresso Martini Cake? - layers of rich coffee cake coated with pure organic vodka coffee syrup and its vegan, their first of 4 new Vegan and Gluten Free products. Delicious! (£32). Just for grownups and senior elves of course, for everyone under 18 they do make a Mocktail version.

Just for little ones their bakers persuaded Mrs Clause to part with her favourite bakes and come up Kids Christmas Baking Course (£40.00)  in a box, with easy-to-follow recipes with each bag numbered, suitable for even the youngest bakers. It all comes with a certificate of achievement - so Santa knows who’s a “good little baker” this Christmas.

For those of you who like a simple life, or just starting out on your baking journey, what could be easier than a Chocolate Dipped Shortbread Baking Box.(£15) It has to be one of the cutest baking kits around. It makes the yummy Shortbread men, dip the little fellas in rich Belgian Chocolate or you can make sparkling Shortbread stars to light up those chilly Christmas nights and give Rudolf something to steer by.

Christmas is wonderful of course, but for some it can also be a stressful time Britain Loves Baking believe in the joyful power of baking to calm the mind and put us firmly in the moment. To celebrate this, they have created a Mindful and Wellness Gingerbread and freshly baked Gingerbread scented Candle & Baking Box.(£28)  Like all their bakes, this box demands the attention of our minds to follow the recipe, and our senses to enjoy how the process looks, tastes, and feels. Each box contains ingredients, recipes and one of their new handmade candles - made with eco wax and vegan-friendly natural essential oils. It makes an ideal gift for anyone who needs a gentle mood lift this Christmas.

Baking isn’t baking without bread, and nothing beats the smell of freshly baked bread, so this year their Bread Baking Box (£20) got a festive make over with a Festive Tear & Share Garlic & Herb Tree, served with a fiery Tomato & Onion Jam made in Newport for the Welshman’s Lunch a local family run business and for the Jnr bread bakers they get to make their very own Rudolf the Bread Nosed Reindeer Bread. This Chocolate bread recipe was created by founder & CEO as a way to teach his younger brothers how to bake.

Every Christmas deserves a Gingerbread house and this Christmas they wanted to outdo last year’s effort with their Gingerbread House Baking Box (Family edition) enough to create a Gingerbread Avenue! with 4 cute houses, one for each of the family, the recipes was handed down to them by their German Grandmother and keep it traditional this year’s box comes with the cutest traditional wooden carved Santa, reindeer and snowmen.  But If you don’t fancy building a street or a Townhouse, there is a Gingerbread Biscuit Baking Box so the family can make Gingerbread Men, stained glass sugar stars and their own tiny mini houses to nibble on over a warm festive drink.

Founder and Chief Baking Officer, Greg Wixted Commented; “This is our second Christmas and we wanted to create some really innovate baking boxes that consumers could do together as friends, family and co-workers. From our Gold Macaron & Goldtini boxes to  our Christmas Tree Cake kit ,there is something for everyone this year. Part of our purpose is to help take care of the Nations mental health and to promote the benefits baking provides those, 1 in 4, who suffer from mental health issues. So, we created our Mindful Activity Boxes, as with our previous boxes and through lockdown we gifted up to 20 boxes a week for free to those in need, nominated by our customers. The box provides a wholesome distraction and enables them to focus on something therapeutic, relaxing and enjoy tasty bakes at the end, than the noise around them and as we have a lot more customers, we can support more people this Christmas”
