Created by our award winning pastry chef, each recipe is a nod to the great the ingredients and flavours that can be found across the nation.

These 3 exclusive recipes make 500g of fudge each (1.5kg) and include.

• Dark and rich 70% Chocolate with Ginger & Spiced Orange Gin Fudge, made with Boe Scottish Gin, their gins have always stood out from the crowd. delivers a distinctive and unmistakably vibrant taste, blended with just a hint of ginger and spice and rich cocoa will leave a leave a lasting impression.
• From Ireland comes the Baileys Red Velvet, the newest and is said to be the most exciting new flavour ever, we think so. To this we have added rich white chocolate, dehydrated sweet strawberries from Kent the Garden of England and condensed milk for sustainable farms around the country to make the first of two layers. The second is dark 70% Chocolate with just a hint of vanilla bean extract and rich creamy condensed milk and these two layers together a taste explosion in every bite.
• White & Dark chocolate, with Scottish Shortbread, plump & juicy semi dried cranberry’s you can swirl together and create your own version of this classic recipe.
