This is a truly British baking box, our Platinum Jubilee shortbread Baking Kit is part of our limited-edition collection to celebrate HM the Queen’s 70-year regin as monarch. The only thing you need to add is some butter (we would love to include it but this summer heat it may not last the journey!)
Besides the butter, everything you need is in the box and it's all measured and weighed out for you, so there is no waste, stress or hassle trying to get the right ingredients. Open the box and bake these divine rich shortbread crowns.

OUR PLATINUM JUBILEE SHORTBREAD BAKING KIT INCLUDES: makes 24 cookies
- 200g bag of shortbread mix
- 2mls of vanilla extract, 2ml red & blue food coloring
- 100g of fondant to roll out and coluor
- 100g A small bag of icing sugar to roll out your fondant & make the icing
- greaseproof paper, 2 piping bags, and a cookie cutter
- A bag of our jubilee fumetti sprinkles you nd
- you need to add 90g of better
